Spring Reefer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Spring Reefer, including the rental of refrigerated vans and trucks, as well as refrigerated courier services in select markets. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their rental or courier service reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time may be subject to fees.

3. Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent a refrigerated van or truck from Spring Reefer is 25 years old. Proof of age may be required at the time of rental.

4. Insurance Requirement: Clients must show proof of insurance coverage for the rented vehicle or purchase insurance through Spring Reefer at the time of rental. Insurance options and terms will be provided upon request.

5. Rate Changes: Spring Reefer reserves the right to change rental and courier service rates at any time without prior notice. The rates applicable to your reservation will be provided at the time of booking.

6. E-Signature Agreement: You will be required to electronically sign the terms and rental agreement before picking up your rental vehicle.

7. Security Deposit: A $1,000 hold will be placed on your credit card during your rental as a deposit. The hold will be released once the vehicle is returned to our company.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

9. Modification of Terms: Spring Reefer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
